Jeff Hanson has always been into cars ever since he was a child growing up. This started by watching his father working on his 1957 Chevy Nomad. If his father wasn't working on his cars, he'd be driving with Jeff out to Woodward Ave. in one of his Street Rods or Muscle Cars he had built. Jeff's first car was a 1967 Chevelle that his father and him restored before he could even drive! After a few Chevelle's Jeff focused on what he was truly looking for, a Camaro. His first being a 1968 Camaro that he purchased from a friend. This 1968 eventually lead him to what he always wanted, a 1969 Camaro.

Jeff purchased the Camaro off of an EBay dealer out of Michigan. Once he got it home he started working on it immediately and never let up. The car was taken to All Kustom Design Machines for the fab work and he had DSE send over a laundry list of their parts, including the QUADRA Link™, front coilover conversion, subframe connectors, the core support closeout, Selecta Speed Wiper Kit and much more. For the engine, he came across an LS7 that would be a perfect fit for this Pro-Touring beauty.

After all was said and done, pictured above are some final shots of Jeff's 1969 Camaro. These pictures were taken at Goodguys Columbus where he was honored as a Top Five Finalist for Street Machine of the Year. This was a huge achievement to be a finalist with the likes of Rad Rides by Troy, Ring Brothers and all the others. The car has received many other awards since returning from Columbus, including a recent award for "Spirit of Individual Achievement" from Troy Trepanier at the Woodward Dream Cruise.

Congratulations to Jeff Hanson for building an awesome Pro-Touring car. DSE is proud to have their parts on his 1969 Camaro.
