Yes, it's that time again. Time for one of the single largest celebrations of the automotive culture. The Woodward Dream Cruise will be held August 18, 2007. There will be over a 1,000,000 visitors and around 40,000 muscle cars, street rods, custom, collector, as well as special interest vehicles.

As a special bonus Detroit Speed & Engineering will have Dale Earnhardt Jr's recently completed 1972 Camaro at the GM Chevrolet booth for all spectators to see.

Cruisers and spectators will be driving along a 16-mile route of nine communities including Berkley, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, Ferndale, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, Pontiac and Royal Oak.

Although many communities host events during the preceding days and nights, the Woodward Dream Cruise officially takes place 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, August 18, 2007.
