THE
CAR: 1969 Camaro convertible with a fuel
injected 406 Small Block Chevy and a 700 R4 transmission THE PROJECT: We will rework the subframe with new geometry, install the subframe, and perform the necessary body modifications. We will also smooth the firewall and install a Vintage Air system. We will fabricate a custom dash to house the Auto Meter gauges. Final assembly, fit, and finish will provide Elmer with a cool touring Camaro for convertible weather. THE OWNER: Elmer wants a Camaro that he can enjoy with or without the top down. The custom dash and fuel injected engine will give him all the comforts for a day of cruising. |
