The Project: Update: Billy brought back the Chevy for some minor adjustments including a Bill Pink hand built Carburetor and custom hood hinges for his newly updated hood.

The Owner: Billy Chandler is from Tennessee and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of his new beefed up Pro-Touring machine from Detroit Speed.
