DSE Runs Exhibition Laps at Goodguys Pocono - posted 10-04-08
Both DSE Test Cars participated in
the Vendor Autocross at Pocono Raceway this weekend at
Goodguys Pocono, but this one was a little different.
Instead of battling it out with the other Vendors for the
Vendor Autocross Champion Trophy DSE demonstrated the
ability of their suspension parts for anybody who was
willing to buckle up and take the ride. |

DSE 1970 Test Car wins "King of the Hill" in Pigeon Forge - posted 09-16-08 The Detroit Speed 1970 Test Car was chosen as the "King of the Hill" at the Run Through the Hills in Pigeon Forge, TN. The 1970 Test Car driven by Kyle Tucker won the Autocross on its way to the King of the Hill award.

DSE Wins 5th Straight Autocross - posted 09-15-08 DSE has won it's 5th Vendor Autocross in a row this past weekend at Goodguys Kansas, and it was the Test Car that captured the title. It just wasn't the Test Car that you are accustomed to seeing in Victory Lane in the Vendor Autocross. Kyle Tucker, co-owner of Detroit Speed won the Vendor Autocross in the DSE 1970 Test Car with a top time of 32.149. |

Kyle Tucker had a very difficult time choosing the finalists and then eventually choosing the winner with all the great cars on display.

SMOTY Finalist Features: Kevin Alstott - posted 09-04-08 Kevin and Karen Alstott's 1968 Camaro was originally started by Roger Burman and Lakeside Rods & Rides back in 1994. The car was very rusty and after initially removing sheet metal the front of the subframe broke off due to all of the rust!
