Orders: Orders can be placed by phone during regular business hours. Orders placed through our secure online shopping cart or by fax can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email and fax orders should include part number, part name, price, color, and size. Also include billing name and address, along with shipping name and address. Please include daytime phone number. VISA and MasterCard customers must include card number, expiration date and security code number. North Carolina sales tax will be added for North Carolina residents.

Shipping: We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Next day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping are available at an additional cost.

Damage Claims: Shipping damage claims must be made with the freight carrier. Contact Detroit Speed, Inc. about incomplete or incorrect shipments within three business days.

Returns: Products that have been modified from their original condition or allowed to deteriorate to a “non-new” condition cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be accompanied with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, original invoice, and a brief explanation for the return within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns subject to restocking fee.

Liability: Detroit Speed, Inc. (DSE) will not be liable for personal, property, legal, or financial damages from the use or misuse of any product we sell. The purchaser is solely responsible for the safety and performance of these products. No warranty is expressed or implied.
